Our team has compiled a comprehensive Preferred Vendor List of professional, reliable third-party contractors that we work with to manage day to day maintenance, building contracts, special projects and larger capital improvements. Projects are bid out to three companies to ensure our clients are receiving the best value and staying within the budget. By providing a superior level of property operations and property appearance, F3 is focused on improving the value of each condominium unit, while enhancing the overall marketability of each unit.
