Patty joined Founders 3 in September 2015. A veteran in the property management industry Patty has nearly 15 years of experience. Initially working for Chicago-based Jupiter Communities cleaning vacant units, her drive and determination led to countless promotions, earning the title of Assistant Property Manager within her (4) year tenure at the firm.
In 2007, Patty moved to Milwaukee, managing both residential and commercial properties for Mandel Group. Her focus on customer service and satisfaction won her several company-based and The Outstanding Building of the Year awards.
Patty currently oversees a team of condo property managers and a portfolio of condominium communities for Founders 3.
