Katrina Lipman

Katrina joined the F3 team in 2023, bringing 17 years of property management experience with a focus in the Metro-Milwaukee market. She has spent most of her career specializing in high-end multi-family communities located in downtown Milwaukee.

Katrina holds a WI Real Estate License as well as nationally recognized CAPS and ARM certifications. She has won a multitude of local Property Management Association Awards, including; Property Manager of the Year (twice) and Property of the Year - High Rise.

Katrina takes great pride in ensuring a positive customer experience by managing expectations and delivering superior levels of service. With her dependable work ethic and driving dedication, she’s well in tune with the needs of the client and igniting results.
