Matt Dawson

Matt joined the Founders 3 team in November of 2020, brining over seven years of property management experience to the team. He began his property management career in 2013 at Oakbrook Corporation, handling a lease-up from start to finish. When the opportunity presented itself to manage one of Milwaukee’s premiere, 5-star high-rise residential communities with Colliers in 2018, it was one he could not pass up. Matt continues to be dedicated to the management of this property, now managed by Founders 3, and works to continuously learn and improve his skillset to make the lives of the owners and residents as easy as possible. Matt is proud to be the face of the Breakwater Condominiums.
