Joelle Wolf

Joelle is the Controller for the Founders 3 Management Division. She joined the team (previously Siegel-Gallagher) in 1999, and now has over 25 years of experience in the property management industry. Joelle is responsible for monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the company, and was recently involved in the corporate accounting conversion to Sage Software.

Joelle started her career in property accounting with an expertise in property budgeting and cam reconciliations. She eventually worked her way up into the corporate division, becoming the Controller in 2017.

Prior to joining Founders 3, Joelle was the property accountant for the Equitable Real Estate asset, now known as US Bank, in downtown Milwaukee.
