Tricia Burlage

Tricia joined Founders 3 Real Estate Services in 2019, bringing over 30 years of management-level experience to the team. As a certified Human Resource professional, coupled with an Industrial Psychology degree, Tricia brings extensive experience in all aspects of human resources.

Tricia supports F3 through the sourcing, hiring, and onboarding of employees, performance management, skills development and training benefit strategy, administration and compliance safety and wellness. She works closely with our executive management team to help develop business strategy and works to maintain the cultural health of the organization through employee relations, training and professional development.

Tricia is recognized as a leader in her field, a valued facilitator, and someone that provides business owners with a confidential ear and a candid, fresh approach to discussing and resolving issues. Over the years, Tricia has partnered with many types of businesses (banking, manufacturing, farming, insurance, marketing, printing, distribution and the restaurant industry) and understands the well-being of the employee and the organizational health of the business is critical to their success.
