Scott Schmidt, CMM, TCS

Scott is the Chief Operating Officer for Founders 3 Management Services. Scott brings a diverse background to Founders 3 with 20+ years of experience in operations, sales, marketing, business development, venture capital and investments.

Prior to joining Founders 3, Scott led one of the largest residential HVAC companies in Wisconsin with a focus on operational efficiency, culture and profitability improvements. Scott implemented full scale training programs for all employees focused on personal growth and safety. As a result, the company saw record sales and profitability.

Previously, Scott founded his own company, Cover5, Inc., whose success was featured in Profile magazine, The Late Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and on national radio syndicate Yahoo Sports Radio for their innovative approach to the mobile gaming space.

Prior to that, Scott held various sales and operational roles with a firm that provided marketing solutions for various brands such as Wells Fargo, Abbott Labs, Allstate, Thrivent, CBS and Discover Card. During his span there several teams that Scott managed won exclusive supplier excellence awards celebrating customer service and client responsiveness.

Education, Accreditation & Achievements

• Scott earned his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, majoring in Real Estate, Finance and Marketing. Scott currently holds his real estate license in the state of Wisconsin and certifications in managing property management maintenance staff. 
• Scott was named a 2024 Wisconsin Titan for his distinguished reputation, visionary leadership and passion in his role.
