Mary Volz

Mary joined Founders 3 in October 2023 as a seasoned property manager with over 25 years specializing in property, facility, and project management.  She has spent most of her career in managing Class A commercial, industrial, retail, medical, and residential properties, and is currently managing a Class A condominium association in Madison.

Mary prides herself to delivering success in management of assets, customer service and proactively executing business plans.
