Trish Reiss

Trish joined the Founders 3 team in 2024, bringing 30 years of diverse property management experience. She began her career as a Leasing Specialist with Trammell Crow Residential on the West Coast, and quickly advanced to Assistant Property Manager and then Property Manager. She specialized in Class-A, new construction developments both multifamily and mixed-use properties, and obtained her real estate license. She returned to Wisconsin in 2000 and managed a portfolio of both market rate and affordable housing communities throughout Northeastern Wisconsin. In 2007, she joined a property management firm where she managed a mixed portfolio consisting of condominium associations, residential properties, single-family homes, hotels and student-based housing throughout northeastern Wisconsin and Milwaukee. Her focus and dedication further expanded her roles to include Director of Marketing, Director of New Business Development and ultimately Regional Manager.

Trish is a seasoned facilitator with strong interpersonal skills. She possesses mentor and leadership qualities, and dedication to provide her associations with the tools necessary to be successful.
