Tom joined Commercial Property Associates, Inc. in 1994 and became a partner in 2004. In February, 2017, he was integral in the creation of Founders 3 Real Estate Services, which is currently the largest independently owned Commercial Real Estate Company in Wisconsin. He has extensive experience with prominent national retail tenants, and on the landlord side, represents many national and regional owners and developers by marketing their various properties regionally.
