Tera Greenland

Tera Greenland joined the Founders 3 team in 2020. She has over 20 years of retail marketing and management experience along with a Certified Marketing Director designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers. Tera’s management experience ranges from local ownership properties to Fortune 100 REITs. Since joining Founders 3, Tera added Office properties to her portfolio of expertise, assisted in COVID-19 rent recoveries, and has overseen three successful property ownership transitions.  

Tera earned her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, majoring in Communications with a Business Marketing emphasis.  She also holds a real estate salesperson license in the State of Wisconsin.
