Sarah Gulotta

Sarah Gulotta joined the Founders 3 team in fall of 2022. She brings over eight years of leasing and property management experience with her.  She has a variety of experience from affordable housing to market rate lease ups, as well as single family portfolios. Sarah believes in knowing all aspects of a property and has done everything from leasing to accounting to management in the past. One of her greatest accomplishments has been to grow a portfolio of single-family homes from 64 to 410 in just two years. Sarah is always working to make every property a home to be comfortable in and proud of while engaging with clients to increase performance and satisfaction.
