Nichole joined the Commercial Property Associates, Inc. team in October 2005 and became a part of Founders 3 Real Estate Services, LLC in 2017 upon its inception.  Nichole specializes in the day to day administrative operations for the firm.  She works closely with 9 retail brokers on a daily basis to fulfill all of their marketing, accounts receivables/payables and mapping needs, among many other things.  Nichole is also a licensed Notary since May 2006.  With her various levels of expertise, Nichole is a very integral member of the firm.
