Morgan Schleicher

Morgan joined Founders 3 in 2024 and currently manages an apartment community in Madison, WI. Prior to Founders 3, Morgan began her career as an Assistant Property Manager at a luxury high-rise and was quickly promoted to Property Manager, and eventually Lead Property Manager. She has experience managing luxury high-rises, Section 42 housing, as well as mixed-use properties. One of her favorite things about working in property management is that it is never boring—she can honestly say that she learns something new every day.
