Melissa Rupnow

Melissa joined the Founders 3 team in 2020 as a Property Manager for our apartment management division, and currently oversees a portfolio of properties. She started her career in property management in 2015 as an Assistant Property Manager for luxury, new construction lease-ups, and was quickly promoted to Property Manager. Melissa has experience managing portfolios over 300 units, with 98% or higher occupancy rates.
