Erika Krivitz

Erika Krivitz joined F3 as a Marina Accountant in 2019, brining six years of accounting experience to the team. Early in her career, she was responsible for providing full-cycle accounting and client financial reporting for a portfolio of marina properties. Erika was then promoted to Manager of Finance & Accounting for the division where she was responsible for overseeing the Marina Accounting Team and was a key member in commissioning and onboarding new marina properties alongside the Senior VP and Director of Operations. In addition, Erika took the lead on software implementation of all new management acquisitions.

In her current role as the Director of Marina Accounting, Erika continues to lead the growing Marina Accounting Team and is a key member of the Marina Leadership Team where she provides insights to support informed decision-making. Her primary focuses are financial controls, streamlining procedure, and contributing to the division’s fiscal health.
