Cole joined Founders 3 in 2020 with a broad background in commercial real estate.  Having been involved in investment acquisitions and dispositions during his time at Luft Consulting, Inc., Cole experienced everything from commercial development to property management and operations.

Cole has been involved in more than 30 transactions totaling over $46 million and 425 thousand square feet across multiple product types. In his role on the investment advisory team, Cole has underwritten in excess of $220 million of office, industrial, multifamily, and retail properties.

• Completed over $46 million of commercial real estate transactions in his first 3 years with Founders 3.
• Advised and assisted in multiple 1031 Like-Kind-Exchange acquisitions including the sourcing of competitive debt for asset-level financing.

Education

Cole is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double-major in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investment & Banking. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Wisconsin.
