Amy Peterson

Director of Operations - F3 Apartments

Amy started her career in property management when she was 14 years old, filing for the government housing division of a company. During college, she was a customer service representative for the same organization and then promoted to a full-time position working as a Certified Occupancy Specialist in Section 8 housing. After graduating college, she moved into a Property Manager role overseeing a portfolio of market rate apartments. During this time, she owned her own rental property and with this learned to run her properties as if they were her own company.

In 2019, Amy joined the F3 team overseeing a LIHTC property as well as market rate buildings and commercial spaces. She then took on a new lease up and was successful in obtaining over 90% occupancy within eight months. In her role as the Director of Operations, Amy ensures the F3 team and their clients are provided with the necessary support to provide financial stability and growth of the apartment communities.
