Ryan Krueger

Ryan joined the F3 team in 2022, bringing with him five years of experience in the property management industry. Ryan began his career in property management in 2017, working for an independent landlord as a Leasing Agent and Personal Assistant. He took a leap into the world of Administration and Portfolio Property Management during the height of the Covid pandemic in 2020; working directly with Condominium Associations and their Board of Directors. He managed a portfolio that ranged anywhere between 400-900 units, upwards of 12 Condominium Associations. In 2022 he decided it was time to get out of the office and back on-site, where he now manages a first-of-its-kind Residential development located in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.

Ryan takes pride in resident relations and strives to bring out the best attributes in both the properties he manages, but also the people who choose to live there. Ryan is currently focusing on leasing up an 83-unit new construction development of single-family homes and is actively working toward his ARM designation through IREM.
