Derek Pranke joined the Founders 3 Retail Division team in January, 2019.  Specializing in both Landlord and Tenant Representation, Derek has represented both national and local-level clients in helping them find the perfect fit whether it be a great space for a tenant to run their business, or a great new tenant to compliment a center owned by his client.  Having grown up in Waukesha County, Derek is a local native with a thorough understanding and passion for the Wisconsin real estate marketplace.

Graduated in 2018 with a degree in Marketing from Carroll University.
