Aaron Brooks

Aaron Brooks joined the Founders 3 team in 2016. He has been in the property management industry since 2011, where he started out as an on-site property manager. In 2013, he moved into a position to manage commercial real estate, with a focus on retail, and has taken on a variety of new assignments including receivership, retail, industrial and office space.

Aaron now manages a variety of assignments that range throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan and Minnesota. His focus is to provide his clients with quality and efficient building operation to add value to their assets.

Aaron graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2010 with a B.B.A in Marketing.  He has continued his education in real estate by attending numerous courses with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  At IREM, Aaron earned his ARM designation in 2019, and was also selected as a Director for their Executive Council team in 2020.
