Alain Giudice

Alain has over 25 years of experience in the marina and hospitality industries, developing and managing marinas around the world. He began as a first officer on a 108-ft sailing yacht, eventually moving on to manage the Puerto Del Rey Marina and El Conquistador Resort and Country Club in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. He later also managed the Boca Raton Resort and Club Marina in Florida, where, under his leadership, the resort earned a #1 world rating by Robb Report. For five years, Alain served as Director of Marina Operations at Atlantis, Paradise Island in Nassau. His role as Operations Director for Camper & Nicholsons Marinas International Ltd. took Alain to Sanya, China, Grenada, Turkey, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates, where the company developed, consulted, and set up operations for their worldwide marina clientele. Alain collaborated in the design and development as well as the management of the Faro Blanco Resort and Yacht Club Marina in Marathon Key, Florida.

Throughout his career, Alain has been involved in sales and marketing, business planning and development, operations management, finance, property expansion, staff training and development, and organizing and hosting international yachting and boat shows. He has a wide range of experience in client relations and has acted as liaison to captains, crew, charter and yacht brokers, government officials, and yacht owners.

Alain oversees F3 Marina, the Marina Management division of Founders 3, including business development, project management, consulting for new and existing marinas, marina commissioning, quality control, hiring, and implementation of our procedures and core values with staff. His over 25 years of marina management provides our marina portfolio with insight, advice, and assistance in strategic planning and operational performance.
