Ty joined Founders 3 in 2025 with a growing foundation in commercial real estate. Prior to his current role, he spent a year with the firm’s Investment Advisory team, where he contributed to the underwriting of more than 500,000 square feet across office, industrial, multifamily, and retail properties. Now serving as an Investment Analyst, Ty continues to strengthen his skills in asset underwriting, market analysis, and client advisory services.
Education
Ty graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2025 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, holding a double major in Finance and Real Estate.
