Lisa Dykas serves as the Director of Systems Administration for F3, where she leads the strategic vision and execution of technology initiatives across the property management portfolio, with a specialized focus on Yardi systems. She plays a key role in supporting property accounting and operations by overseeing the configuration, optimization, and administration of Yardi and other operational technology platforms. By partnering with executives, department leaders, and property teams, she ensures systems align with business needs, support organizational growth, and deliver efficient, reliable workflows across all divisions.
Since beginning her Yardi career in 2007, she has led numerous upgrades and large‑scale implementations for a diverse range of property types.
