Lindsay O’Malley joined the Founders 3 team in 2024 and has been in the property management industry for four years, and has over 10 years customer service experience. Prior to joining F3, Lindsay worked as a Leasing Agent for apartments, townhouses, duplexes and single-family homes in Milwaukee and Waukesha County, and was then promoted to Condo Portfolio Manager for over 12 Associations in Milwaukee County.

Lindsay excels in managing day-to-day operations, enhancing owner relations and ensuring compliance with regulations. Known for strong organizational and communication skills, Lindsay prioritizes community engagement and maintenance excellence.
