Kimberly Reyes

Kimberly Reyes serves as the Director of Operations for the F3 Apartment Division, where she partners with property teams, ownership groups, and corporate leadership to build strong operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional service to residents and clients.  

With more than a decade of leadership experience spanning residential property management, operations, and nonprofit leadership, Kimberly is known for bringing organization, accountability, and a people-first approach to each endeavor. She believes that the strongest organizations are built by investing in people, creating clear systems, and fostering cultures where teams can thrive.  

She is passionate about helping individuals reach their potential while ensuring the business delivers consistent, high-quality results. Throughout her career, Kimberly has had the opportunity to take part in strategy planning and integration of organizational change allowing business development growth, improved operational performance, and building collaborative relationships across diverse groups of stakeholders.
