Katie Nelson

Katie joined the F3 team in 2025, bringing 20 years of property management experience, and two and a half years of condominium management experience. She has done everything from garden style, multi-site and high-rise building management. 

Katie holders her Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) certification with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and was involved on the education committee within the local Chapter of IREM. Since becoming involved with condominium management she has become involved with Community Associations Institute (CAI). 

During her career in apartment property management Katie was awarded above and beyond awards from her former employer almost every year. At the previous company she worked for in condominium management Katie was awarded Community Manager of the year in her first year with that company and in the first year of a property acquisition. These achievements speak volumes as to how dedicated Katie is to customer service and delivering superior levels of service to her clients. 

She is dedicated to building relationships with her clients, which is shown in her dependable work ethic.
