Jennifer Pennington

Jennifer Pennington joined the Founders 3 team in 2025. She has brought nearly 20 years of property management experience specializing in office, retail, industrial and warehouse properties as well as receivership and distressed properties. 

Jennifer is a detail-oriented professional who maintains strong and collaborative relationships with property owners, tenants and vendors with a focus on exceeding expectations. Her responsibilities include budget preparation and analysis, oversight of income and expenses, lease administration, management of day-to-day operations, coordination and oversight of capital and tenant improvements as well as collections and tenant relations.

Jennifer has earned the ACoM-Accredited Commercial Manager certification through the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds a real estate salesperson license in the state of Wisconsin.
