Jackson Firer

Jackson joined the Founders 3 team in 2024 as the Director of Maintenance. Prior to joining the F3 team, Jackson gained significant experience with another local real estate firm where he supported property management and ownership groups. He led multiple maintenance divisions, focusing on delivering exceptional daily maintenance services and developing long-term preventative maintenance plans to ensure optimal building functionality and operation.

Jackson’s expertise in process improvements and handling urgent business needs stems from his strong leadership and communication skills. These abilities enable him to drive organizational success through effective personnel and resource management, as well as achieving company objectives strategically and cost-effectively. He excels at explaining and communicating the intricacies of building operations, effectively bridging the gap between ownership, property management, and tenants to meet their needs and expectations.
