Cheryl Hall

Cheryl Hall joined the F3 team in 2024, bringing over 26 years of real estate experience to the team. She started in property management in 2008 with a small management firm that specialized in managing distressed properties, both residential and commercial. She has worked for several prominent Milwaukee-area management companies throughout her career, and worked as a residential real estate agent in Chicago for 15 years.

Cheryl has experience working with investors on tax lien and foreclosure sales, as well as managing REO portfolios. She also has extensive experience with CapEx projects, both budgeting and managing; budget development and management; contract negotiations and project management.
