Brandon Grosz

Brandon joined the F3 team in 2026, bringing with him nine years of property management industry experience. Brandon began his career in property management shortly after graduating from Northern Illinois University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications. He started his career in leasing apartments and transitioned to the condo and homeowner association side as an Administrative Assistant. Soon after, he worked his way up to the Property Manager role. Brandon has worked as a portfolio manager and as an onsite property manager in the Chicagoland suburbs. He moved to the Milwaukee area in September of 2020 and managed a portfolio of associations around the Milwaukee area. 

Brandon takes pride in building great relationships with residents, board members, and vendors; creating budgets; and strives to make every association he manages a great place to live. Brandon currently holds his Community Manager of Community Associations designation (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist designation (AMS) from the Community Association Institute (CAI) and is currently pursuing his Professional Community Association Manager designation (PCAM) which he hopes to have by 2027.
