AnnaMarie joined Founders 3 in 2025 as a seasoned property manager with a passion for cultivating community experiences. With over 10 years of involvement in Property Management, her expertise spans across all aspects of condo advocacy, including operational oversight, financial management, and resident relations.

 AnnaMarie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, which has provided her with a foundation in understanding human behavior and building strong relationships. She loves the challenge of transitioning condo communities from poor management practices by advocating for transparency, communication, cultivating a community, and assisting in developing SOP’s to properly care for your investment.

Her professional affiliations include memberships in the Wisconsin Community Associations Institute (CAI) and Wisconsin Realtors Association as a licensed Broker, demonstrating her commitment to staying current on industry trends and best practices.

When she’s not managing properties and advocating for community, you can find her traveling to new places, sampling new restaurants, or enjoying time with her three teenage daughters.
