Anna Newlun

Anna joined the Founders 3 Team in 2025 with over 20 years’ experience in the property management industry.

Anna is an accomplished leader and supervisor in the real estate industry. She is skilled in Property Management, Team Building, Leadership Development, Human Resources and Account Management.

Prior to joining Founders 3 Anna spent three years working for a national property management company as a Condominium Portfolio Manager in the Madison area.

Prior to that Anna spent over 17 years in the Affordable Housing Industry, much of it as a Regional Manager over seeing Market rate, Section 8, Tax Credit, Home, and Rural Development apartment communities. Anna earned multiple accreditations in the affordable housing industry including Certified Financial Specialist, Certified Housing Specialist, Tax Credit Specialist, Blended Occupancy Specialist and Anna previously held a Real Estate Sales License in the state of Wisconsin.
