Mason joined Founders 3 Real Estate Services in November 2024. Born and raised in New Berlin, WI, Mason graduated from New Berlin West High School in 2018 where he then went on to study finance and real estate at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. During Mason’s time in college, he started a commercial real estate club where he leveraged his position to further expand his knowledge of commercial real estate and meet with professionals from all over the industry. Mason also interned with Newmark and Mid America Real Estate, where he shadowed each company’s respective retail teams. Upon obtaining his bachelor’s degree in 2022, Mason immediately immersed himself in the commercial real estate industry as a retail broker at Mid America Real Estate where he spent 2 years on their tenant rep team. During this time, he assisted a wide assortment of national and regional concepts with site selection, negotiation, and coordination with third party groups. During his free time, Mason spends a lot of time with family and friends exploring new restaurants, playing basketball, and watching the Milwaukee Bucks.
Education
Graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, with an emphasis on Real Estate, from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater
