Sarah Vaughn

Sarah Vaughn joined the Founders 3 team in 2022. She brings over 15 years of project management, resource development and high-end customer service to the company. Since 2020, she has been a property manager throughout the Madison, Wisconsin area. One of her key strengthens is problem solving, which drives her love for continuous process improvement and helps her excel in owner/resident relations.

Education and Accreditation

• Sarah graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Anthropology in 2009. She was also a member of the varsity swim team and is a MAC champion. She furthered her schooling at Ohio University, completing a Master’s in Public Administration in 2012. She also continued her education in real estate at Ohio University and looks forward to taking steps be certified here in Wisconsin.
