Penny Langel joined Founder 3 in 2023 as a Property Manager. Her sixteen years of property management experience began as an assistant manager, working her way up to property manager and then regional manager with a previous employer overseeing seven properties in the Milwaukee/Racine/Kenosha area. Her management experience includes Section 8, LIHTC, and market rate properties. Having an “owner’s mindset”, Penny takes the growth of her properties, financial management, occupancy, and curb appeal very seriously.
