Molly Delforge

Molly Delforge joined the Founders 3 team in the fall of 2022. She has over 15 years of management experience in all sectors of real estate, including hotels, restaurants, office, industrial and retail. Prior to joining the Founders 3 team, Molly was a Commercial Property Manager for another local management company where she worked with many different clients and oversaw multiple office buildings, including some government buildings. At this company, Molly assisted with four successful building sales and was an integral part of the transitions to the new clients while maintaining tenant relations and daily building operations. Given her background in hospitality, Molly is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to everyone that she interacts with. She values hard work, integrity and results.
