Matt Bauer

As Director of Operations for F3 Marina, Matt works closely with Sr. Vice President, Alain Giudice, and all marina general managers. Matt is instrumental during the marina commissioning and onboarding process, and regularly evaluates systems to ensure continual improvement of marina operations.

Matt has also served as Harbor Centre Marina’s General Manager since 2016.  During this time Harbor Centre Marina has seen increases in transient revenue and ship store sales.  He has also worked to complete several capital improvements to the property such as a renovated boater’s lounge and a new beverage operation.  Matt has over 12 years’ experience in resorts and property management.  Matt is also an alumni of Lakeland University’s Business Management program.
