Maria Price

Maria Price joined the F3 team in 2017. She has experience ranging from affordable housing to new construction lease- ups. Since joining F3, Maria has played a key role in eight successful new construction lease ups. One of her biggest accomplishments has been leasing a 100 unit building in 90 days along with working closely with contractors to ensure seamless transitions and timely completion of projects upon opening the building. Maria has filled a variety of roles such as leasing agent, accountant, mediator, marketing analyst and project manager to ensure the success at any building she is working on. No two days are the same and Maria thrives in an environment where she can show her wide array of skills and knowledge. One of Maria’s top priorities is owner/resident relations. It is the utmost importance to her to create a home for residents as if it were her own.
