Ashley Gardham joined the Founders 3 team in 2022 with 18 years of Property and Project Management under her belt. Ashley’s focus is on building a strong foundation to grow relationships through cohesion and continued customer satisfaction with Owners, Residents and vendors.

Ashley has won multiple accredited awards for properties under her management over the years with recognition from the AASCW (Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin). Included in this stockpile of awards are Team of the Year, Property Manager of the Year, Maintenance Team of the Year, Leasing Specialist of the Year, and the most esteemed, Property of the Year.
