Andrew Skibicki

Andrew joined Founders 3 in June 2020. Originally from the Chicago-area, he has worked in both condominium and apartment property management since 2014. Andrew worked as an Assistant Property Manager for Sudler Property Management in downtown Chicago.

In 2018, Andrew moved to Milwaukee, as well as to the apartment side of property management, working as an Assistant Property Manager for a 350-unit apartment community in Racine, WI. In 2019, he was promoted to the Property Manager of a 190-unit luxury apartment community in Wauwatosa, WI.

Andrew has a natural ability to build great relationships with residents, vendors, co-workers and owners. He is currently the Property Manager at brand new apartment community in Muskego, WI.
