Alan Maro

Alan Maro joined Founders 3 in the fall of 2021. Alan brings over 19 years of experience managing commercial properties including Class “A” downtown & suburban office buildings, retail centers, and industrial facilities for local, regional, and institutional owners in Milwaukee’s collar counties.

Alan is committed to adding value to the client’s investment by building strong partnerships with his team members, vendors, and contractors to ensure his tenants have a positive experience. Alan strongly believes that with his partners the client's goals will be met. He enjoys the various challenges that a Property Manager encounters on a daily basis to acquire desirable outcomes for the clients and tenants within his portfolio.

Alan graduated in 1992 from National – Louis University in Chicago market with a BA in Business and continues to attend webinars and seminars to expand his knowledge and expertise.
