Ross has been a Principal and Retail Broker with Founders 3 since its inception in 2017.  Previously, he was a partner at Commercial Property Associates, Inc., initially joining that firm in 2002.  He has a wide range of experience in retail commercial real estate, including shopping center leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, new development and redevelopment projects, restaurant and vacant land sales, ground leases, property assemblages, lease renewal negotiation, relocations, and sale/disposition of excess real estate.
