Matthew joined Commercial Property Associates, Inc. in 2013 as a retail broker and became a part of Founders 3 in 2017 and a Principal in 2022.  Matthew has worked with many local, regional, and national Landlords and Tenants in assisting with their real estate needs.  He has completed over 300 deals across the state of Wisconsin and has been involved with numerous investment sales on both sides of the transaction.  He is an active member of the Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC), and Commercial Association of Realtors-WI (CARW).

Career Highlights

• Worked with, represented, and completed deals with numerous prominent retailers such as AutoZone, Dollar Tree/Family Dollar, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Domino's, Tractor Supply Co, Take 5, 9Round, Zoom Room and more
• Currently represents several national and regional Landlords on their portfolio leasing efforts such as Inland, LNR, Baceline Group, Genesis Investment Properties, Commercial Horizons, AIG Properties and others
• Currently acting as the Midwest Captain on the Board of Directors for the Retail Brokers Network (RBN), a retail network made up of 55+ independently owned real estate offices across the United States and Canada

Education

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a focus in real estate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
