Background

John Davis brings over eight years of commercial experience to the Founders 3 office team, specializing in leasing for both downtown and suburban clients in the greater Milwaukee area. During his time at Founders 3, John has leased over 700,000 square feet of office space on behalf of clients such as Millbrook Real Estate Company, North Wells Capital, Singerman Real Estate, R2, Milwaukee Bucks, Metropolitan Development and Decade Properties.

John’s recent lease transactions include Fiserv (150,000 SF), Capital First Trust Company (22,000 SF), SoftwareONE (20,000 SF), Milwaukee Bucks (20,000 SF), Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc (16,000 SF), Bureau of Land Management (15,000 SF), Eight Eleven Group (10,000 SF), Konecranes (8,000 SF) and GSA BLM (8,000 SF).

Education, Accreditation, and Awards

John graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a B.A. in Marketing and holds a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson License.

In 2022, John was awarded CARW’s “Office Deal of the Year” Award for SoftwareONE’s move from Waukesha to the Historic Third Ward in Downtown Milwaukee. Then again in 2023, he won the award for the second year in a row for the Fiserv deal at HUB640.
